~:CATCH RARE POKEMON:~
Catch Mew---Cheat for Red/Blue/Yellow Versions

This is only for R/B/Y. First, do not battle the youngster with the Slowpoke on the road to Bill's House in Cerulean City. My advice is to save after you get past Nugget Bridge in case you accidentally battle him. Also, do not battle the gambler in front of the underground passage between Lavender Town and Celadon City. Keep with you a weak Pokemon that can battle a Lv.7 Pokemon without fainting it, and a Pokemon that knows Fly. Now, go through the underground passage starting from Celadon City and stop inside at the exit door. Now press Down ONCE so you'll be outside. And don't move anywhere and save in case you mess up. Now, press Down again one more time and immediately press Start. The menu will open if you did it right, and now go up to "Pokemon" and Fly to Cerulean City to battle the youngster with the Slowpoke. But make sure he walks toward to you instead of you walking right up to him. Battle and win, and then Fly to Lavender Town. Head over to Route 8, where you 'battled' the gambler, and your Start menu will pop up. DON'T DO ANYTHING. Press B, and a Lv.7 Mew will encounter you! Don't bother with a Master Ball, it's ONLY on Lv.7, and unlike the other legendary Pokemon it won't be super-hard to catch. Good luck!!

Catch the powerful Mewtwo

After you defeat the Elite Four, walk up Nugget Bridge in Cerulean City and turn left to the long body of water. Surf down until you see the mouth of a cave and enter. Inside there Mewtwo dwells. Keep with you a Master Ball, but if you don't have one, you won't have a jolly time. I captured Mewtwo with an Ultra Ball, but it took me several tries. Note that you don't have to weaken it to 1 HP if you're going to use an Ultra Ball, because the Mewtwo I captured had about 1/4 of its full HP. Good luck!!

Capture the Legendary Birds

You can capture Moltres on Victory Road in the RBY games, but in FL versions you'll have to capture Moltres on Mount Ember. You'll need Strength for each one. Zapdos is always found at the Power Plant near Cerulean City. To get there, go on the route west of Cerulean City and Surf down the streak of water, then turn left. Articuno is always found at the Seafoam Islands. You'll need Surf and Strength. Good luck!!

Capture Latias/Latios

These Pokemon are fairly hard to catch. They can be in any grass area! And whenever you Fly, they can change places. Here's one of my strategies: First, you can Fly to Lilycove City and heal there. Now put a good Pokemon to fight Latias/Latios in the front of your party. The best thing is that you choose a Pokemon that knows something like Mean Look, or a Pokemon that has an ability to stop the opponent from running. Now go onto Route 121, and fight 10 battles against wild Pokemon. They'll show up in 1-4 battles if they are there. After you've fought your 10 battles, Fly back to Lilycove. You may heal if necessary. Now simply do the same thing over again. If you are lucky enough to see him/her, you can use your PokeDex to track them down. And remember, they move every time you Fly, and ONLY when you Fly.
Another strategy I've heard of is a lot simpler, but I cannot guarantee that it works. First, defeat the Elite Four and after you've watched the TV in your house, blablabla, Fly over to Fortee City. Now walk/bike down to the water area "below" Fortee City and Surf around. Latias/Latios will be there. And REMEMBER...I'm not positive that this strategy works.
Another way is to get the Eon Ticket from a special Nintendo event. Flash the ticket at Lilycove Harbor, and you'll be taken to the Southern Islands, where you'll find Latias/Latios. Good luck!

Capture Regice, Registeel, and Regirock

To capture these Pokemon, you need to solve the mystery in the Sealed Chamber on Route 134. First, Surf at Route 134. To get to the currect spot to Dive, you must Surf near the bottom. The Diving point is shaped like a Red Cross (but not red of course) and it has shallow water all around it. After you Dive, head down until you come to a large, flat rock with a message written in Braille. It says "GO UP HERE". So Dive up, and you'll arrive in a cavern. Ignore the rocks with the Braille and head to the top, where you'll see a part of the wall with a bunch of rocks stacked together. Stand in front of it and Dig. The Braille writing says "DIG HERE". In the innermost cavern, you'll find lots of rocks with Braille writing. It's useless to translate it, because only one of them has a good meaning. I'll tell you what to do. First, put a Relicanth in the head of your party, and a Wailord at the last. Now go back into the innermost cavern and approach the northern mound. Now the entrances to where the Regis lie will open. Regice is located in the Island Cave on Route 105. Regirock is located inside the chamber in the Desert Ruins on Route 111. Registeel is located in the Ancient Tomb on Route 120. Remember, you only get ONE chance to catch them, so be ready! Good luck!

Catch Rayquaza

Rayquaza can be found in the Sky Pillar on Route 130, if I am not mistaken. It'll only appear after you are Champion. Surf near the top on Route 130, and you'll soon discover there is a body of land. You will need the Mach Bike to do this. Bring a Master Ball or a lot of Ultra Balls. Rayquaza is tough! It's on the top floor, and you have to bike over broken floor tiles. Good luck!

Capture Groudon/Kyogre

Groudon/Kyogre can be found at the Cave of Origin in Sootopolis City. There is only one of each. To get to the Cave of Origin, you must have already finished exploring the Seafloor Cavern. You should've beaten the Team Aqua/Magma leader and have seen Groudon/Kyogre disappear. Then Fly to Sootopolis City, and you'll notice that it's all bright and shiny all around, and all the buildings are closed. Make sure you bring lots of Ultra Balls, or if you choose, the one and only Master Ball!

Capture Lovely Milotic/Feebas

To get a Milotic, you have to evolve it from a Feebas--a Feebas with high beauty, of course. You must feed it berries that'll inhance its beauty level. But capturing a Feebas is another thing. There are six places to fish on Route 119. The location of the most Feebas is determined by the trendy saying in Dewford Town. Whenever you change the saying, the location of the Feebas changes. Make sure you bring enough balls and you should catch a Female one if you want to breed it!

Capture Shedinja

To get Shedinja, you must evolve a Nincada. Before it reaches Level 20, its evolving level, make sure you have five or less Pokemon total in your party, and you should have at least one PokeBall with you. Now evolve Nincada, and it'll evolve into a Shedinja! And what's super cool about it is that it blocks all hits except for super effective ones!
