When I first started trading as an exchange floor trader on LIFFE there was no such thing as online futures trading. As a floor trader I had a distinct advantage over off-floor traders, but with the advent of the electronic market the playing field has been levelled and all traders trade with the same advantages. So you could not have chosen a better time to start trading!
