Well generally a typically shy kind of a person, very rarely speaks, but when the need does arise, tends to speak a lot and that too meaningful. Hey Relax! these are not my own words, this is said by a very close acquantaince of mine, obviously about me.
I was born and brought up in a place called Manickpur a village in the western suburb of Vasai Road in the city of Mumbai.
I completed my schooling with the St. Augustine's High School run by the Christian Brothers in Vasai. Believe me I had the best years of my life embedded in those years that I've spent in school. What I am now is all credited to my school and the people who interacted with me in school. Br. J. A. Keane a former principal of the school was instrumental in making us transform into bright Gentlemen. So right from the principal to the office peon somehow influenced our lives.
Some thing interesting now, how I was interested in going to St. Augustine's. Pope John Paul II had come to India in February 1986 and had a brief visit to Vasai. Incidently the helicopter carrying the Pope had landed in the school grounds and the programme was held there. The entire of Vasai had gathered on that ground. My dad took me too. Since I believed that it was the Pope's school and hence He had come there. I insisted that I go to the Pope's School. Even during my pre admission interview, I asked the then principal, Br. Fernandes, Where was the Pope's room and could I meet Him? Br. Fernandes was impressed with me and he gave me admission to this school.
Now since St. Augustine's High School was a boys only school, we did not have any contact with girls, this made us even more shy when facing girls. This shyness was lost after a lot of years after completing school.
After the completion of school I went on to complete my 12th or HSC in The Oldest college in Mumbai, Wilson College. College life was exciting but then it didn't have much of the thing that was with school.
During this entire period I was a terrible shy person, I hardly used to go out of the house and do other things, I was an abnormal kid till then. My life used to start with going to school/college and comming back and going to tutions and back and study. I hardly enjoyed life during that time.
One more thing that I would want to share is that I am a very posessive person with respect to the things or people I like. The other this is tht I am a born perfectionist. I like to do things in order and as they are to be done. I want work at the time of work and enjoyment at the time of enjoyment.
In these years of existence, I have experienced a lot of things that have changed the world around me. Well I am a person who dosent like to look and weep after the past. I live life as it comes, infact that's the motto of my life 'live life as it comes'.
