| Jenna
about to be deported goes on a search for her American father. A
photo of a car leads her to Spaulding and Henry for help. Henry is
charmed and ready to help.... until he gets a good look at that car and
the house it's parked in front of. Jenna meanwhile is
ignored by angry Roger who's just learned of Blake's affair with arch enemy
Ross. Later, Vanessa is upset that Jenna is waiting to see Henry.
Henry informs Jenna he couldn't help her and he misplaced the photo.
Jenna is dissapointed but undeterred and no matter, she's made copies,
and tells Henry she'll call if she finds anything. Vanessa
in full ice queen mode informs Jenna that Henry will call her.
Vanessa follows Jenna out to tell her not to bother her father anymore, Jenna still being charming and pleasant (what restraint!) is interrupted by a bounding Michelle who's come with Maureen to work on a school project in the Spaulding archives. Maureen is busy so Jenna offers to help Michelle, and while they're down there she tries taking a look around for old car records.. |

Later that evening Henry dances with Jenna and around her questions. Jenna jokes that "Hank" should just marry her. Henry doubts she'd be a very good step-mother to Vanessa and then offers her a job at Spaulding's London office, but Jenna learns from Maureen that it's a made up position. Suspicious, she slips outs and takes a peak at the Spaulding archives only to find pages have been cut from pertinent files. As Roger straightens Jenna's collar she jokingly asks if he's going to strangle her. He laughs and asks if he has reason. She banters no, but Henry Chamberlain would most certainly like to. :-) Later she explains that Henry is awfully flustered by her questions, photos given to him have gone missing, and he's now offering her jobs in London. Jenna jokes though that Henry has been nothing but charming and informs Roger that he's quite a good dancer. Roger, jokingly asks if he should be challenging Henry to arm wrestling which elicits a gleeful chuckle from Jenna. Later, out to dinner, Jenna gets a few more laughs... at Ross's (Jerry Ver Dorn) expense (hey it's only fair, he's trying to have her deported). She thanks him for making her trip the hairdresser so much more enjoyable... the reading material with him on the cover "romping with a school girl" made her day. |
