| Tom announces that it's the birthday of the Twinkie, and Fiona confides
that it was the first snack food she ate when she came to the U.S. as a
child and that at the time it represented America to her. :-)
Tom presents a box of Twinkies to guest Jean Claude Van Damme. He's a little prickly at first about a recent USA Today article but his feathers are soon smoothed and he's goes on swimmingly with Fiona and Tom. He takes Fiona off guard when he blurts out mid interview "You're flexible!" Tom aks why he wasn't complimented on his pretzel pose and Jean Claude avers that it's far different and far less sexy. Fiona recovers and laughs that it's because she's the one on the sofa. Jean Claude then agrees to take part in the ballet/exercise segment and leans over to give Fiona a kiss. |

| Actress Crystal Bernard (Wings) joins Fiona, Tom, Jean Claude and Patricia Moreno. They practice stretches when after a minor bump Bernard playfully goes after Jean Claude in mock fight mode and Fiona rushes over to procect him, they all share a huge laugh. |
