Firstly let me say that Polarbears are cool ! (Cheesy bad pun intended - yikes!)
When I first decided to make a webpage I instantly thought of one along the lines
"This is me, my favorite band is Nirvana, my favorite movie is Starwars, This
is my cat Smokey..."
But then I realised the horrible truth, I didn't have a cat called Smokey, in
fact - I didn't have a cat at all ! Oh No - What was to be the centrepiece of my Webpage?
My second thought then was a webpage based around Polarbears. So about two to three years
ago I made the original version of my polarbear page which you can see
here - pretty cruddy hey.
Following is a description of each section of this website, and then some personal blabberings
about Polarbears.
News, Features, Newstuff.
03 December 1999:
Two Bundaberg Rum advertisement videos, added to the Misc Section, these are of an
Australian Polarbear visiting and partying in New York.
Also added some more other videos and links to themes, screensavers and other cool stuff.
The Feenicks Polar Bear Picture Gallery aims to bethe most comprehensive
collection of images on the internet. There are somehwere about 240 diferent
images here, all thumbnailed and divided into appropriate categories.
Scientific info contains a summary of polarbear information as researched across the net.
This section at the moment is still under construction. There is plenty of
information there at the moment, it just isn't as neatly laid out as I intend
it to eventually be.
This is the source of much stuff that may not be specifically about Polarbears but may relate to
polarbears in some way.
Also it is the location of various bits and pieces such as jokes involving polarbears, Polarbears
in games, and
information about what to do if a polarbear attacks you, or how to holiday in Churchill, Canada
(polarbear territory).
This is the place to go to get links to various sites that offer polarbear toys, clothing, books
etc. Or for products that feature polarbears in their advertising. Also a place to see some
pictures of such stuff.
Just about every link that is within in this site is listed and categorised and reviewed here.
Plus a whole lot more. Reviews etc may not be complete yet but they are being done.
