Siobahn the Rifflahm is one of the few that have climbed the “great wall”. She was very sick of charging at the “great wall”, bouncing off it, falling over and then running away again, as she found she could not do it with the same enthusiasm as her fellows. It is very difficult to get her angry, but when you do, the safest thing to do is run. An angry Rifflahm charging is very hard to avoid, and even though Siobahn hasn’t charged at the “great wall” for quite a while, she still packs that Rifflahm punch.

Throtnmouth the Fallametory was the first to find Siobahn after she’d climbed over the great wall. He wasn’t a particularly sprightly Fallametory, well advanced in years. He decided to take Siobahn under his wing, and taught her that charging at things and falling over isn’t the only way to things. In return, as she can run faster than most of the Fallametory transport available, Siobahn taxies Throtnmouth to wherever he wants to go. He doesn’t mind this, but hates it when she stops because they always fall over.

Rifflahm
A very top-heavy species, whose battle strategy is to lean forward and charge into things, then fall over. Their thighs are disproportionately long, as are their lower arms. They have very large hands and elongated fingers, acting a bit like rudders when they run. They have a weakness in balance and stopping, but Rifflahm make up for this with their excellent defense system when knocked over. Their extra long arms and legs flail at speed and produce both an effective and confusing shield.

The Rifflahm are a very insular species, living in small villages across the mountains adjacent to the Fallametory city. However, due to their need for religious beliefs to keep their society in a vague order, they have decided that their “great cause” is to “push the wall further” so that they have more room for their villages. Of course, the “great wall” is the outside of the fortress-like Fallametory city, and it isn’t going anywhere, no matter how many Rifflahm run at it and then bounce off.

They don’t usually associate with other species, but every now and then a Rogue decides to climb the “great wall” to see what is on the other side. They never return, because life in the Fallametory city is very nice compared to their Rifflam daily grind of wake up, work until noon, charge at wall, go home, have painkiller because the wall was harder than their shoulder, work again and then sleep.

Fallametory
The Fallametory are a very tall and thin race, dwelling in the cave-like corridors of their mud-built great fortress. Apart from the Rifflahm, who are very annoying and keep charging at their city walls, the Fallametory have very good trade relations with most other species. They have great skill with intricate armoring and clothing, and can build anything out of mud.
