Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly
Developed by unknown companies Equinoxe/Check Six, this game, it's safe to say, was rubbish. Easily the worst Spyro game ever created. Though I might as well have this section despite that.
There's very little to the story of this game. Basically they're still celebrating the Year of the Dragon festival, but now it's time to give the baby dragons their dragonflies. However Ripto shows up, mucks up a spell and loses all of the dragonflies all over the realm. Even Sparx. It's up to Spyro to save the day again.
The Controls
Unlike Year of the Dragon and A Hero's Tail, there is only one character to control. Spyro. No extra characters, no nothing. Just Spyro in a variety of random vehicles occasionally. I'll just quote the manual about these controls.

And as far as gems go? Well they're exactly the same value as in Year of the Dragon, except that some yellow gems are actually worth 25 whilst others are worth 10 and there aren't any pink gems.
Anyway, on with the walkthrough.
