This is the bio or Serra, aka Queen of the Net, from my comic:

As Rockman in his demonic form ravaged the net, unbeknownst to him and the rest of CyberWorld, a dark figure from the past was rising in the center of the Scilab network.
Go back 50 years to when the net was first being developed, all navis followed a basic design, that design was effective but hardly the best.
But one navi was not going to accept being like all the others, her designer had installed a more advanced AI in her than any navi at the time, and she developed a personality and a gender. This caused her to want for a female body, so she set out across the net in serch of a way to be free and be what she wanted.
Shortly after she left, another navi was designed by her creator, this one with moch more potential AND his own unquie body, this was Forte.
But the female navi knew nothing of this and continued through the Scilab system, and after almost 6 months, she encountered a bug, this bug was one of the many that lay hidden in the Proto project, but she only knew she must defeat it or it would absorb her.
The female(who called herself "Serra") battled valliently, but in the end her inferior body was no match for the bug, but when it began to absorb her, she pulled a final trick, she interfaced with this bug and rather than it absorb her, she pulled it into her, healing her data and morphing her body to the form her AI(which was almost to the point of sentience by this point) most wanted.
So Serra recived her perfect body, and through her union with the bug could heal herself from any attack. She made the choice to return to Scilab and show her newfound powers to the one who had created her, but fate intervened.
As she approached Scilab, the Proto rebellion began, and as the bug that became known as Proto reared it's head and began the absorption of all connected to it, Serra's union with on eof the Proto bugs drew her towards Proto, and she fed off it's energy, becoming more and more powerful. When Proto was sealed away, Serra managed to escape into the Scilab area, but the adventure she had endured caused her to need to rest, so she created a hidden chanber deep within Scilab and fell into a deep slumber, her now extremely intelagent mind wandered the net via any bugs she could attach it to for periods of time.

As she lay dormant, a scilab employee discovered her and secretly used small parts of her data to make around 5 custom navis. These navis were similarly duplicated and so many custom navis throughout the world are connected to her data.
The Scilab worker took her secret to his grave 30 years before when he met with his unexpected demise in a car wreck

Now flash forward another 10 years, Gospel insedent unleashes a number of deadly bugs on the net, and the Proto incedent 6 months later spreads powerful bugs throughout the net.
Now flash to the present, a Scilab navi unwittingly opens the lock on the area she is held in and Serra's body begins to absorb many of these bugs. When Demon Rockman begins his attack, the vibrations begin to wake her. Then finally as CyberForte's power is unleashed in the Nebula area, she awakens with a new goal; transend the net as it is known, become the goddess of CyberWorld. And so she begins moving at random, destroying any navi she finds that has encountered a custom navi decended from her data.

The only entites with the power to halt her are Forte, his mysterous and ancient copy, CyberForte, and the first 5, whoever they may be...
