Well, after a bit of though, I've revamped the affiliation rules...
Those that are already affiliated will stay, but any new ones will have to meet these standards...
Websites:
#1: Site must be anime or video-game related
#2: Site must have at least 10 pages of content
#3: Site must have at least 100 hits total and at least 5 a day
#4: The site cannot be a blog, livejournal, or the like.
#5: The site cannot contain anything hentai or pornographic

Forums:
#1: The forum cannot be mainly an "RPG"
#2: The forum must have at least 30 members
#3: The forum cannot be from a site I have affiliated with
#4: The forum cannot contain anything hentai or pornographic.
